Tanivire was created when a Yanmega, Mamoswine, Tangrowth, Electivire, and Magnezone were all cloned at the same time by evil Team Rocket researchers.
Ability: Electrical Disturbance - Tangrowth can have Electric-type moves double if it Grass-type moves are halved.

Description: It might seem powerful but it has horrible speed and special defense. It also has bad normal attack. It was litterally made for using Electric type attacks. It can also learn every single HM. (The wings can barely lift it though lol) He can barely learn any TMs though. It's highest stats are Special Attack and HP. It's Defense is so-so. The only way to get one is a big secret. The only one hid itself very very well.
