Hi everyone! I know, I know... I haven't updated in forever, and it seems that the site is dead. Well, rest assurred that I'm getting ready to renew the domain, so you won't see it disappear off the web anytime soon, I hope. Other than that, there's only one reason why I haven't updated, and it's plain and overrated: I'm too busy. Junior year (11th grade) is the most important year of high school, and I'm taking difficult classes which equals a lot of homework and dedication. :|| Believe me, I really want to update this site right now, but it's just too hard at the moment to start huge projects or make new layouts, etc. (Although I really want to make a new layout @_@;; *impulsive*).

Again, sorry sorry! ): I really don't know what to say. Thanks to everyone for continuing to visit, and thank you BLURSH, for all your kind words in the tagboard. ^^

I'm back from the East, everyone 8D I had a great time; China's changed a lot since I went back several years ago, and to say the truth I like it more than the US. ^^; Anyway, now that I'm back (and totally missing my homeland bawww ;o;) I can continue with updating EV. Currently, I'm messing with a way for visitors to be able to login to the site by way of a forum (not Zetaboards). It involves PHP so my brain's kinda imploding, but hopefully I'll be able to succeed in whatever I'm doing :D If you're an able programmer and want to help improve EV by helping build more user-interative pages, feel free to contact me by email or IM (aim: shokorayuki, yahoo: monoyuki, msn: kronakitty@msn.com).

Well guys, I have arrived in China. :D To be more specific, I've been here for several days now. It's great, everything's great, seeing family and touring places... Right now I'm at Hainan. There is Internet access where I am currently, but I don't have a computer with me 24/7 so I can only get online once every few days at most. I'm very glad that this site didn't blow up while I was gone :|| I know I probably have a gazillion affy/other emails to look through, but I'll have to get to that later. Until then, stay strong and thanks for all the positive comments and visits to this site!

A new page has been added: Pokeball Attack. You need Macromedia Flash to play the game. It's rather simple and I'm still a n00b at Flash, but uh... I didn't really work on anything else so I'm sorry D: The only other thing I did is make a new free layout template, and I slightly modified the two others.

I'm leaving for China tomorrow! *o* Woot! I honestly can't wait; the last time I went back was in 6th grade... that was like what... 4-5 years ago now? XD I'm going to have fun and hike lots of mountains, and maybe take some pictures for you guys to see. Landscapes are amazing in China ^.^

Until then, hang out in the forums and have a great summer, you guys. :D Don't forget to get lots of sun, haha. I'll be checking this site every now and then when I get access to a computer, so I'll beh watching :O

In case you haven't noticed, Eonlight Valley has a new splash now :D I personally think it's a huge improvement from the previous one, which was kind of... gray xD; Anyway, I also updated the free splashes page with a couple of new splashes for you guys to use if you'd like. I plan on making more later :3 As for the new layouts, they have been held back due to design issues. But that's okay; content is more important anyway. Starting July 2nd, I'm going to be away in China, and I won't be coming back until the end of July. Obviously, there will be no updates then. That's why I want to try to do as much as I can for this site in June. Thanks for all your support :)

Hold on, people! Updates are on the way! For starting out, I'm going to say that I'm in the process of making a new LAYOUT(s)..... We've had this one for ages, haven't we? It will be a new style and the styleswitcher will be put up for it. Secondly, there will be new Pokemon images as soon as I finish up the load of the end-of-the-year schoolwork I have, and I am planning on remodeling the Games section and adding new freebies for webmasters mostly in the design section. But despite it all I'm still busy and will be for the next week at least, but rest assured that I am working hard on the site :))

With that said... do not eat me and... SUMMER EEZ SOON 8O (Also, I've cleaned up some of the older news off this page.)

It's been over two months, I know, but it's nice to see the site is still running strong. ^.^ Doesn't matter if you get 1000 hits a day... doesn't matter if you get 200, what's important is that the site is alive and still has lots to offer. A site should never be judged on how frequently it updates or how many people visits (not completely anyway). Quality over quantity! And I'm going to say now that, even if I'm not making an update every single week, Eonlight Valley will always have something to offer, and a list of things to come. It just takes me a while to get those things done xD;; I've been very busy lately, especially in March, where I participated (and won! :D) two piano competitions. I have another one in May. @_@; Anywaaay, I've been thinking of ways to place interactive content on Eonlight Valley, so that people can possibly create accounts, submit their own contents, including art, writing, sprites, etc. without having to e-mail me all the time, and even have their own page/blog. A lot of you are probably thinking about a community-type of thing like EHQ, but I'm going to say now that I do not have the type of PHP/scripting skills necessary to make anything of that magnitude. xD However, there are a lot of free open source type of stuff that I can most definitely use and alter to fit into Eonlight Valley. :3 I am taking a look at WordPress and a few other ones, including one that's releasing soon. Erm... I regret to say no updates right now. But I do have art to share with you guys! :D I drew this on Photoshop a few days ago. ^.^
