..:: Catching Guide ::..

Capture Latias/Latios--Tested

This is really awesome--but will only work for sure if you have not moved anywhere out of Littleroot since you've defeated the Elite Four. After the yacky-yack with your Dad, etc., go outside, save (just in case), and Fly to Lilycove. As soon as you land, go into the Pokemon Center and heal (even if you're in perfect health). After you heal, you might want to go over to the PC and get a Pokemon that knows Mean Look or has Arena Trap ability. Then, WALK (not run or bike), over to Route 121 (go left). First, walk 10 steps or so in the BOTTOM PATCH OF GRASS between a girl and boy trainer, and then go straight up to the grass patch right above that one. It doesn't matter if you have to fight few battles. Latias/Latios will appear pretty soon, usually I guess. When he/she appears, throw a Master Ball if you have one, and you'll catch it. Otherwise, have the Pokemon that knows Mean Look/Arena Trap ability in the front of your group, so Latias/Latios won't run away. Then, weaken it and capture it with Ultra Ball, etc. Good luck! ^__^ (This worked for me.)

Catch Rayquaza--Tested

Rayquaza can be found in the Sky Pillar a little right of Pacifidlog Town. You can only catch it AFTER it's solved the Groudon/Kyogre problem at Sootopolis. To reach Rayquaza, you must have a Mach Bike to get over the floor tiles. Before you go over the cracked tiles, you must have gained speed--otherwise you'll fall down to the next lower floor. When you reach the highest level, you'll see Rayquaza sitting there, and click A before it...AFTER YOU SAVE. If you're smart, then don't waste a Master Ball on it, unless you somehow have more than one or already have caught Lati@s. Weaken Rayquaza, give it a bad status condition (sleep, paralyses, etc.), and then keep on throwing Ultra Balls. Don't try to get its health all the way down to 1HP, because it'll be likely to use Rest before you do. Good luckie on catching it! ^__^

Capture Regice, Registeel, and Regirock--Tested

To capture these Pokemon, you need to solve the mystery in the Sealed Chamber on Route 134. First, Surf at Route 134. To get to the currect spot to Dive, you must Surf near the bottom. The Diving point is shaped like a Red Cross (but not red of course) and it has shallow water all around it. After you Dive, head down until you come to a large, flat rock with a message written in Braille. It says "GO UP HERE". So Dive up, and you'll arrive in a cavern. Ignore the rocks with the Braille and head to the top, where you'll see a part of the wall with a bunch of rocks stacked together. Stand in front of it and Dig. The Braille writing says "DIG HERE". In the innermost cavern, you'll find lots of rocks with Braille writing. It's useless to translate it, because only one of them has a good meaning. I'll tell you what to do. First, put a Wailord in the head of your party, and a Relicanth at the last. Now go back into the innermost cavern and approach the northern mound--click A. Now the entrances to where the Regis lie will open. Regice is located in the Island Cave on Route 105. Regirock is located inside the chamber in the Desert Ruins on Route 111. Registeel is located in the Ancient Tomb on Route 120. Remember, you only get ONE chance to catch them, so be ready! Good luck!

Capture Groudon/Kyogre--Tested

In Emerald, Groudon/Kyogre can be caught AFTER you beat the Elite Four (unlike RS). To find out where they're located, go to the Weather Institute near Fortee City and to the second floor. The guy at the comp will tell you there's a drought or heavy rain on a certain route. Go to that route, and search around for a cave entrance. You might have to dive somewhere to find Kyogre. If it takes you forever to find Groudon/Kyogre, then they'll leave and get to another route, so you'll have to check out the Weather Insititute dude again. If I were you, I'd try to catch Kyogre first if possible, so it can weaken Groudon. Both Pokemon will be on lv.70. Kyogre is easiest to capture with a Net Ball, and Groudon an Ultra Ball. Good luck!

Capture Milotic/Feebas--Tested

To get a Milotic, you have to evolve it from a Feebas--a Feebas with high beauty, of course. You must feed it PokeBlocks that'll inhance its beauty level. But capturing a Feebas is another thing. There are six places to fish on Route 119. The location of the most Feebas is determined by the trendy saying in Dewford Town. Whenever you change the saying, the location of the Feebas changes. Make sure you bring enough balls and you should catch a Female one if you want to breed it!

Capture Shedinja--Tested

To get Shedinja, you must evolve a Nincada. Before it reaches Level 20, its evolving level, make sure you have five or less Pokemon total in your party, and you should have at least one PokeBall with you. Now evolve Nincada, and it'll evolve into a Ninjask. But if you look at your party, there will be a Shedinja there with 1 HP. (So basically you just gained another Pokemon.)
