..:: Bird Watching ::..

One nice summer's day, two friends named Bob and Phillis went bird-watching, a hobby they both enjoyed. The Southern EV Park was a perfect place for it. The green grass was soft and dry, the lake waters sparkled like diamonds under the azure sky, and greenery was everywhere.

And that day was especially wonderful. Until later.

"Ah...I'm tired, Phil," Bob said to his friend after they had bird-watched for half an hour. "Let's sit down and rest."

Phillis agreed, and the two sat on a wooden bench under a small oak tree, where a group of birds nested. They put down their binoculars, stretched, and relaxed.

They were perfectly happy, until something landed on Bob's head.

Plop!

"Whoa! What was that?" Bob wondered aloud, and put his hand on his hair. He touched some really greasy stuff.

It was bird poop.

"EW!" Phillis cried, bolting off the bench. "Bob!"

Then Phillis started giggling, thinking it's funny. Bob glared at him, but laughed, too, when two pieces of fresh bird poop fell on Phillis's head.

"GET IT OFF!" his friend exclaimed, jumping around and swinging his arms wildly. However, more and more pieces of bird poop rained on the two friends, and soon they couldn't see, their clothes were dirty, and their hair were messes.

Finally, the two managed to get out of the birds' aura, and dipped their heads into the lake to wash all the poop off. It took them nearly an hour to fully clean their hair. Because they wanted to be completely clean, they jumped into the lake to wash off their clothes, too.

That took a long while, also, and when they were done, they plopped down on the grass and tried to dry up.

Until something landed on each of their foreheads.

Can you guess?

That's right.

Bird poop.

"Not again!" Bob wailed, as the he and his friend frantically swung their arms, trying to shoo away all the birds that had suddenly appeared in their midst.

Pretty soon, they were both covered in bird poop once more, but this time it was worse. They were wet, too.

"You know what, Bob?" Phillis asked.

"Yes, Phil?" Bob replied.

"Let's just go home and to our wives!"

"Exactly!"

So Bob and Phillis went home, ducking all the pooping birds on the way. They split paths when they were out of the park.

Bob was the first to get home to his wife, Marie. Marie opened the door, saw him, and shut it in his face. She hollered through the closed wood, "WASH ALL THAT OFF OR DON'T COME BACK!!"

Phillis didn't have much luck either with his wife, Lila. Lila opened the door, saw him, and slammed it in his face. She also hollered, "GET CLEAN AND THEN COME HOME!!"

The saddened Bob and Phillis met each other at the entrance to the Sylvena Town Cafe of Eonlight Valley (one of the most famous ones, too). They tried to enter the cafe, but the waiters and waitress threw garbage at them to get them out. With nowhere else to go, the twosome went to an old cleaning woman. The cleaning woman was kind, and beckoned to them. She told them to get in the washing machine that she owned, and after some tight squeezing and discomfort, along with dizziness, Bob and Phillis were nice and clean again.

They went home, promised never to go bird-watching again, and lived happily ever after.
